Zoltán graduated from Budapest Corvinus University as an economist and from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland with a master’s degree.

During his university years, he tried himself as a consultant at EY International Audit and Consulting Company, interned at Rocket Internet tech giant, but also learned to program and built his own internet startup, which became a popular doctor search site in Hungary called Doklist.com.

He began his post-university career at McKinsey & Company International Consulting Company in 2015, where he quickly became a project manager in 3 years, working with tech and telco companies in Europe, the USA and Australia. He also temporarily joined the German fintech company Scalable Capital as a product manager.

Between 2019 and 2022, he was the CEO of Delivery Hero’s Hungarian subsidiary at Foodpanda. Under his leadership, the number of employees increased from 100 to more than 400 in 3 years, revenue increased more than 10 times, and new services such as their own panda market stores were launched.

At the beginning of 2022, he started building his own international startup with a German investor behind him. Flawless provides easy-to-use monitoring and alerting systems for business operations teams.
