I am the father of 3 children and a passionate athlete. To this day, I actively play soccer, run, and ski.
I have been working at Decathlon for 16 years and have been leading the online business for 3 years. I work with my team to integrate the digital channel into the organization and the basic habits of customers. E-commerce underwent changes and developments in 2020 that every merchant must adapt to at a rapid pace. However, there is no longer an online and offline world; the two must be fully synergized in a way that is invisible to the customer.
