Dániel has been working for Lufthansa Systems Hungária for 8 years, originally as an individual contributor in test automation, later in various leadership functions regarding QA and now as Head of Engineering, Lufthansa Systems. In his current position, he is leading a team of engineering leaders and experts, all passionate about the future of engineering and aviation. His main focus right now is developer experience and engineering efficiency to support organization growth and product innovation. He is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation and collaboration by creating an environment where engineers can thrive in.
