AI has been with us for much longer than it seems from the shadow of ChatGPT, yet commoditization was a relatively slower process that had only just begun. What did this evolutionary process look like that has now completely dominated the technological and corporate discourse and hangs over the heads of corporate decision-makers like the sword of Damocles, warning them that if they don’t act urgently now, they will fall behind and lose market position? How should decision-makers act if they want to take part in the AI transformation, but don’t know where and how to start it? How can they identify the intervention points, transform their processes, and last but not least, how can they choose the right tools?
